Normally you should only do regular DB-backups and download them to your hard drive. So if there would be a problem just reupload the backup and everything is fine.

If you want to use the other site as backup just do a backup of your running board and upload the db to your other side. Than you only have to change 3-4 entries in yyyy_config (yyy your prefix) like domain, cokkiedomain and scriptpath.

I think it's not possible to run integra parallel on two sides

Both these domain are hosted by 2 different free hosting services.

Since it is free hosting,I cannot assume that that my main site or my temp site will not have problem.I am bound to have problems(I am having problems now) as I am using free hosting services.

I have installed IntegraMOD on the both my sites.Rgiht now everybody has registered on one site.If this site experiences problems then all my users will be affected.

So i want to transfer all the posts,users,settings etc.. from my main site to my temporary site.How do I do this?I am planning to do this on a daily basis,so that I can just redirect my users to my temp site if my main site has any problems.
PLease help
