It's not a free hosting, it's a hosting service provided from my Internet FAI

I am guessing that you are using a free hosting, this often puts restrictions on memory limits etc. You may be better looking for another host. I am not sure.

None of all solutions in both topics solved my problem

ini_set, .htaccess, config.php...etc

any other solutions ?

PS: my site is hosted in a provider (http://www.free.fr/) and Prillian IS NOT installed

When trying to make a new topic, or read a topic, i have this error
