If it's not showing him as banned in you ACP and you have your admin/mod numbers set right within Security, Special then wow.

Maybe he needs to clear cookies & cache?

Is he still banned?
If so, did this work?

Ban Control
Click on his username and submit
Repeat for ip & email

yes i did but i did it after adding him to the admins cause i forgot it

yes i wanted to make him an admin and added him to the group admin
i gave him the special privilige satus
...then he got banned.-.....

Do you know if he has exceeded his failed login attempts? are you able to unban him from the ACP - user admin - manage page?

Was he made to be an admin or moderator?

hi
i dont know how this could happen but one of my users hase been auto banned
in the banned list his ip , his username and his email is in the box
but i really don know how to remove him frome the bann list.
need help please....
