you are thinking of phpmyadmin. phpmysql is an app I installed. You can get it in my geek forum's download section.

phpmysql is installed like a forum. It does not need to be installed at the Admin level.

It can only access your sql db's.

open a DOS window by going to Start>Run> type cmd

type cd hit enter

cdxamppphp-switch.bat

You should get the switch dialog.
