"define('IN_PHPBB', 1);" and "define('IN_PHPBB', true);" are equals so just add it after that line. you'll notice this happens in a few of the files.

That would need a bit of time for the bots to get to it. how long has it been and have you noticed any bots on your site?

That was done in 2 parts, they added the medium then dropped it to low.
combined it should be like this.

Find ---> define('IN_PHPBB', 1);
Then add ---> define('CT_SECLEVEL', 'LOW');

After you login can you login on the admin pannel?

I saw something like that once when the Amount of allowed admins did not match. check, admin > security > special > Amount of allowed admins. I'm not sure but it's worth checking. I think your going to want to get that founder acc. back too. I don't think you should be changing things in that one.

No I have not, I did keep messing with it and now after I did something in admin (I have no idea what tho, I'm sure it has something to do with the restored in the title. <img> ) I can create some forums... but i can't change the restored title or create a new section with out it.
