create a directory in your htdocs called images and plate the gif there.

As a general rule and allowing for Linux and Windows servers I try to keep template name lower case with no spaces... It avoids lots of errors later...

Backup may have issues (ask Helter)... Try to re-sync forums... One of the (I am away from my PC so can't check the file names)...
