1. It seems that only I can attach files in my forum. All my other users can't attach.

2. Signatures don't appear automatically.

How can I fix this? As for the attachments, I've checked and checked however I dont see a solution.

ACP > Attachments > Attachment Options

ACP > Forum Admin > Permissions

I think the "post file" permission is related to this

For sigs try

ACP > General Admin > Signature Settings

ACP > General Admin > Configuration + > Profile options > Registration information > Always attach my signature > Overide (optional)

ACP > General Admin > Configuration + > Profile options > Registration information > Profile Settings > Reading

ACP > General Admin > Configuration + > Profile options > Administration

Seems the permissions on some of this stuff is scattered. Hope your able to sort it out <img>
