Free PHP/MYSQL webhosts?

Can anyone recommend a free hosting provider that offers PHP, MYSQL, 1 GB storage and 10+ gig of monthly transfer?
I have been using 10gb.org for a few weeks but now when users upload pictures nothing happens, I can see them in the right folders using FTP and the thumbnail is being made but nothing is being displayed in the albums.
Support say GD is running fine which it is cause the thumbnail is being made, it is just not showing up in the album or forums.
If this is a known bug with IntegraMod 1.40 please let me know as well as how to correct it. Otherwise any help in finding a new host would be nice.
