smart ftp doesn't unzip, which one do you use?

hey guys, i have been fighting with this thing and researching like crazy only to find that smart ftp doesn't unzip on the server side. which ftp do you guys use to unzip the file?

When you login to your host account via web browser do you have cpanel? and a filemanager in cpanel?

i just talked to my hosting company and they dont have unziping capabilities, i have to upload each file individualy....oh well...

Depending of your FTP software (I use CoffeeCup Free) and you connection, you may be able to upload the entire directory (if you don t loose the connection)
Then use the directory as a sub directory.
