[Solved] Proxy User Registration?

The site I am building is a replacement for a Yahoo group. Unfortunately the people in the group are - for lack of a diplomatic word - lazy and don't want to register for a new site again. Is there a way I can register for them without mucking about in sql databases? I could register them manually since it's not a lot of people, but IM141 only allows one registration per IP address. Is there a setting somewhere that I can enable/disable so I can register everyone from my computer?

Figured it out. There's a registraction setting in ctracker that I missed...
