IntegraMOD

I was wondering if anyone at all knows where one can go and read some tutorials on how to use this mod since we have it installed in Integramod.

It is no longer supported by the author and it seems as though no one here knows anything about it what so ever. If they do, they dont want to share how to's at all.

Seems kind of useless to have something that really is not user friendly and prevents us from installing simple mods to our boards. Nice mod it is and real nice to have, but is completely useless to those of us who dont know anything about it.

If anyone knows anything at all, PLEASE help us all out with some how to's or some links so we can find some how to's.

Im almost to the point that a good ol fashioned IM Portal and phpBB install is the way to go now. I can come here night and day and ask a question and it is answered. ask a question concerning PCP and watch what happens. <img>

it is a shame that it is to hard to use and that there are not many mods that you can use with it.

yeah. I do agree. PCP is actually a great mod that improves the control panel so much for a user, but adding mods suck. I did get the mod installed that I originally posted this thread about, but was never able to get it to appear on the profile and every website Ive asked for help on has fell on deaf ears, wich is forcing me into converting most of my sites that I own, to Im Portal. Which.........Sux for me. lol that is a bunch of work to do.

i just had an idea there. I am going to do a clean install of IM on my site and use it as a test site for messing with the pcp for adding mods and things.
Hope fully I may learn a thing or two and pass on the info.

That would be great and I'm sure a bunch of people would applaud your efforts and input. I tried this once myself and all I accomplished was trashing my test forum and doing backups and restoring backups all the time. This went on for about 5 months and it just got old real fast like.

I hope it works and you can give us all some insight.

All of the PCP wizards here have seem to have vanished without a trace. MrDSL, Dragonsys, etc etc. <img>

wait now, pcp wizzards? Are they different to the one that comes with IM?

Oh and that website is a frickin joke. I wasted my time registering and cant even post a topic. I get a message that says only "Special Users" can post topics. I guess users that waste their time to register their aren't special enough.

The PCP Wizard in ACP is pretty good but getting new mods on phpbb to work with PCP can involve a long wait. I also think PCP could do with a redesign as users have dubbed it "The Labyrinth". The forum preferences tab, for instance, who sat down and thought all that up, most of my members don't kno what it's going on about! Why are the groups listed on the profile page and also listed in their own tab in the same section?

Then there seems to be 3 or 4 different photo systems going on. There's the Avatar (which many are using for a face pic), a second profile pic, a personal photo album (which appears on the profile but you can't upload the pix there), and then a gallery.

It would be good if the personal gallery/photo albums upload page was added to the Avatar upload page (or a new tab) as my members find it strange that they have their profile and photos at one of the site and their personal photo album/gallery somewhere else on the board navigation bar.

I was lost for words explaining it myself.
