There's a shoutbox block in both the IntegraMOD 1.4.0 and 1.4.1 packages, it should work fine on 1.3.2.

sorry for my mistake guys, i changed it now and restore back to the original. i just edit this before for experiment purposes and admitted that i forgot to bring back to the original.
