Can someone tell me how you delete a link out of the admin slide menu <img>

Does no one know how to do this or does no one understand my question ?

I just want to delete a couple of the links from the admin left hand side slide menu v1.0.0

Just need to know where the slide menu is stored

remove the corresponding .tpl from the admin folder and admin/modules
