[SOLVED] Problems after changing hosts.

Hi guys, I'm just in the middle of changing hosting providers, what I have done so far is I downloaded all the files from the old host and then uploaded them to the new host via ftp. I've imported the old database to the new host and changed the config.php file to reflect the changes, but I can't get my board to load up.
Is there anything else that I need to change? I haven't had the domain ported as yet because i want to get this board up and running before i close down the old one so the addresses are different, would this be the issue?
The errors I'm getting are:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, http://wend.lunarservers.com/~vicst3/po ... portal.php
I'm a total newbie at this so any help I could get would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.
