[SOLVED] [IMG] Tags & smilies

PostAuthor: MadGrip » Sat Apr 08, 2006 11:23 pm

Hi all, wondering if anyone can help with a small problem.

Its only happened over the past week or so, but when anyone (except Admin) tries to post or create a new thread, the Disable BBCode & Disable smilies are ticked by default.

I'm sure it didnt used to be like that. I've done a whole recheck of the CHMod permissions and they're fine.

Hope I've managed to explain it correctly.

any suggestions greatly appreciated

Phil

the setting should be in acp/general admin/
-Allow BBCode yes/no
-Allow Smilies yes/no

Hi Helter, thanks for the speedy reply

Its the same problem that I mentioned to you at "forum Images"

The settings in ACP/General/Config/User & Forum Basic Settings are set to yes/allow, but still disabled by default when anyone tries to post

any other ideas ?

cheers

Phil
