How do you go about changing the default of 10 for yellow cards to something else?

ACP > General Admin > Configuration
Search for:
Maximum number of warnings
If a user gets more yellow cards than this limit, the user will be banned
and change the value

Why start another post?
Is there a way in 1.40 to hide warning cards from normal users but still be viewable by mods and admins? I don't need everyone to see that somebody has been marked.

I've had some members complain about their warnings being visible by others.
On my site, since it's middle school kids, I don't have them show their emails. I tested some settings on my site and came up with something that almost works for my situation.

userwarnings View When: Always display email address
As admin, I can view all email addresses so I see the warnings. The downside is that mods cannot see them.
