Does anyone know how to add a flash banner to the portal, if you do could you please share it with us.

Did you want a flash logo or a flash banner in the banner mod?
You could try this thread http://integramod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=5622#5622 although the logo configuration was changed for 140 the essence is there.
