I was able access the site and when I clicked on Admin in the menu bar, I got the following errors:

Could not connect to the database

At the time I wasn't yet logged in. So when clicking on Admin, it should have redirected me to log in.
Now I can't get anything but the above message.

The reason why are getting this error is because your server is running out of resources. Meaning you have server overload. This is more popular in people who have shared hosting with limited resources.

For instance did you notice if your server was responding slowly during or before the install?

All fixed - my host had issues and was crapping out.

I wish I was able to edit posts and mark these topics solved or abandoned as needed. I'm a neat freak I know lol
