member cant login due to security warning?

One of my members is having big problems trying to log in, he fills in the required fields and clicks the submit and then just gets the security warning box come up.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of this ?

Any advice much appreciated.

He is probably talking about the cracker tracker worm exploit error thing

If so, he might have a word or sequence of symbols that ctracker doesn't like

Then just do the debug and it should be fine, might have to change from 'MED' to 'LOW'
