Can't download codechanges_phpBB2.0.22_2.0.23.zip

My site has been rock solid for quite some time. So, I haven't been on this board for quite a while. Please forgive me if it's my ignorance getting in the way.

I recently started receiving notices from my host about the site being hacked via GET
/portal/viewtopic.php. I figured I would start by at least bringing the portal and phpbb up to the latest 2.x version for fears that going to 3 will require a lot if heavy lifting on my part (a pretty fair amount of modding on the site).

I found codechanges_phpBB2.0.22_2.0.23.zip in the downloads section, which seems to be appropriate for what I am trying to do. However, after entering the code to download the file, I see the following message:
You are not allowed to download this file directly with a link!

I am able to download other files (tested with cookieMOD).

Help is greatly appreciated.

If it helps, I tried to download, and after entering code, it downloaded ok for me.

Using firefox if it makes a difference.

Switching from Safari to Firefox did the trick.
