Updates!!

We updated the site to the latest version of IntegraMOD including the paypal donation mod. We are unaffected by most of the updates as they are mostly to restore php5.6 and php7 compatibility as well as a lot of installation fixes

I think ive resolved most site bugs. I redid some of the calendar files and js and the calendar install in posting.php to resolve the post editing bug regarding calendar event dates and updated most of the jQuery to 3.7.
the last bug im aware of is the smiley/bbcode links in the Mchat leading to href="#" just linking to the top of the page.
Also after many years of fighting with the MiMic style navigation js conflicting with the portal/calendar js and prototype.js, i rewrote it and MiMic finally works as intended!
