Help with Romanian translation

I'm looking for a romanian translation of IntegraMod 1.4.0.

If none exists i would be willing in writing one if someone would specify which files need to be modified from phpbb and/or added.

Original phpbb files:

You are using a very old version, not sure if that is wise <img>
Best is to use the latest!

But i have Romanian language files for some 141 version here

when you download and install TortoiseSVN http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/
you can download the language files in your windows explorer (not Internet Explorer)

Missing files for your version you have to copy from the English
files that are not used for your version you have to remove

using WinMerge you can compare the files with the English files, to see if you have all language key's
