Hi,
I don't know when this stoped working, but my poll block in IM is not reflecting or changing to the latest poll created and everyone should be able to see this particular poll.
EDIT: The poll creates and update correctly, I don't have an issue with this, but I did have a problem in the past where I couldn't click and vote but I found a fix in this forums. Could it be that this fix applied left some code out?
Any suggestions?
Thanks

If you have the cache set to yes for that block, try setting it to no. Deleting the IM Portal cache may help as well.

Hi Teelk,
I have previously tried deleting IM Portal cache and still no go. I have also checked the cache for that block and it's set to 'no'.
Any other suggestions?

Looks like the host is working on the server software (cpannel) so we can't see your site flex.
can you post a link to your site gbrian so people can see this?

Let's eliminate the basics...
ACP
IMPortal
Portal Configuration
Poll Forum ID(s) is set the the number of your chosen poll forum?
ACP
IMPortal
Blocks Management
Portal page
Edit poll block
Not cached...
ACP
IMPortal
Delete cache files
View portal
Refresh page
Not fixed? Has it ever functioned for you that you know of? If so, what changes have you made since then?

Thanks for the quick respone.
I did all those step before and it never works.
I never change anything since the day I installed IMPortal.
I think I've leftout something...Now I recalled, I've never set the poll forum id.
Thanks man.

Looking at the tables code,
form action="" method="post"
Looks like the "form action" is blank not sure though but looks like block is active but has no input to post. I don't use the poll but someone else may know whats up from it.

Guys,
Thanks for your help.
Now I'm able to link the poll block to my forum id...but unfortunately the poll in my forum was mess up.
Instead of 1 voting table, now I'm getting 2 tables...any idea? The block is working fine except the forum.

I can't get my poll block to work. Poll Forum ID(s) = ? How do you determine this?

Every forum link ends in f=#. That # is the Forum ID. Whatever forum you are putting your polls in, mouseover the link to see the # in the address (or actually go into the forum and look at the address)
Then in the ACP, put that # for the Forum ID.
