IntegraMOD

I have IM Portal Installed, but not IntegraMOD.
Am I losing anything by not having IntegraMOD installed?
Can I install IntegraMOD on top of IM Portal without problems?
Can I set up a news block connected to a forum without IntegraMOD?

Integramod is a premodded version of phpbb with nearly 100 mods installed....this also includes importal...

If you are looking to add a few mods to your site including some of the big ones then integramod is the way to go......

If you just wish to have a portal for your site then using importal is all you need..

Yeah, I started to realize that as I read the information topic on Integra Mod.

Is it possible to install a news block and the album2 block on IM Portal 111 beta with 2.0.21 phpbb? I can't seem to find an updated version that works.

you need to download importal 1.2.0 which is the latest version....

for a news block if you want to use the one that is made for importal you need to download cmx news mod which i have attached to this post

If you have downloaded smarters album pack then album2 should work fine with it....

I just can't find the version of album2 that works (do you have a link to that too?) I'm a newb at the whole blocks thing.. so i don't know what to do to install the block.

I looked at that file's install.txt folder. There are files that it says to copy that aren't even there??

I think there are 5 missing, but for example: root/includes/news_function.php is missing

I does appear that the install text is out dated compared to the files....


I have this mod installed and I do not have a functions_news.php file..

I would install this mod per instructions upload the files in the order they are given and see what happens...make a backup of any files you change so you can easily correct any mistakes....

As you are using Importal..I suggest downloading integramod and using the blocks that are found in the block folders.......

Here you will find pretty much every block made for importal..

I know this is in the wrong section now, but could you point me in the right direction on how to customize the nav block?

No code shows up in the IM Portal admin

the nav block for importal is done using html in the block under your template/blocks/name of block

you basically have to edit it this way......add links etc
