Upgrading pbpbb

I finally settled on using IntegraPortal and installed it with the latest release of phpbb was 2.0.18. I've had no real problems upgrading phpbb before with mods installed on my site. But I'm curious how difficult is it to update my site to phpbb2.0.20?

Not that bad, you might want to wait until we have 1.4.1 ready as it will have 2.0.20 installed, mind you it will be for a while.

To Update to 2.0.20, you have to do it by hand, read the install, but don't upload any file, it take some time but it is working very well.

i have learn that if you do it by hand that you see wath you are doing, you read the files.

The files you opload if er is any, are files don't exsist in any directory, and can not harm the fora. Are there files exsist and you override them you can get in seriuze trouble, before you do anything, make a backup of your DB and download the whole to your HD, and do in all directory's a copy ::::: the command box. :::: copy *.* *.bak, if it go wrong you can upload all your .bak files back after you rename them to .php or tpl

Depending on which update you are using...
For IntegraMod your best bet is the update containing this file phpbb-2.0.19_to_2.0.20.txt or phpbb-2.0.18_to_2.0.20.txt and the database update file that comes with it.

Sorry don't know the actual file to download
