this is not really a mod. Integramod comes with a flash clock block. These are replacement clocks for it. The clock block will also work for IMPortal

to install them, copy them to root/images/
and edit templates/your template/blocks/clock_block with the correct name

if you want a different clock for each template, copy the clocks to the template/images folder and edit each templates clock_block.tpl with the name and path
