Ok so after our website being up for a few months with no issues, suddenly it is banning everyone. Even me and Im the admin. Its giving the following message on the screen. Please help me save this. Also, someone reported them getting banned to me, so I logged in and reset there password for them. When I clicked submit it happened. Then I tried it on a diferent system and same thing.

Did you recently try making junior admins? If so did you accidentally set as auto join and not set the allowed number of jr admins in security?

Also, just out of curiosity does your includes/functions_jr_admin.php have the following code in it?

I havent added any Jr Admins, changed anything in any files, or anything like that atall. And that thing on the top bar, thats new as of everyone getting banned. This came out of nowhere.

No, this is not in the file.

OK ... well open your php my admin
and find the very first user in your user table ..
this should be the user Anonymous ..
There you will see that this user is in ban mode ..
Unban that account from within the myadmin and all back to normal.

I can not even access the site because Im banned from it, everyone is. You cant go anywhere. Anyway I already downloaded it, and am working on uploading and reinstalling. Meh not too big of a deal I guess. Just hope it doesnt happen again.

We are having the exact same issue - many members on our site getting this "ban"
