What was done before the problem appeared?
I restored my database via bigdump.


What was done to try to solve the problem?
Browsed the KB and support forum trying to look for an answer, but without success. I checked if the block's cache was disabled, i checked if the block was active, i checked the post ID (not sure where i can find it, but i copied the number from my adress bar when editing the post), and i cleared IMPortal's cache.



De.scription and Message

Well, I can't seem to get my news and poll blocks to work. any ideas? Please remember i'm using phpBB+IMPortal, not IntegraMod, so the 'how to create news' KB archive is not of any use for me.

Any ideas? They don't seem to fetch info from the database.

There was an old trick to the poll block that if you went back to the post that contained the poll and click edit and then submit, the block will then work just fine, BUT mine plain ol dont work now for any reason what so ever. Maybe that old trick will work for you.
