Nav menu ID 1 and 100 locked/linked

nothing mission critical, just noticed it.

Not sure if its known or not, just thought id report it since I ran into this today.

I now have many items or links in the main nav menu on the left, as I have some for guest only and some for reg members only.

I reached number 100 today, which is now somehow locked and linked to 1, which is the main nav menu bar.

When I try to edit the newest link, id 100, I get sent to the id 1 option and cannot edit 100, I can only edit 1. If I add another which would be 101, it edits fine.

I dont think ive ever heard of anyone reaching that number of nav links before...lol
it wouldnt be a table limit because 100 is the same as 999.
When you edit link #101, what is the id # ?
